Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and husband, San Antonio Spurs star, Tony Parker, have both said they would love to have children, and hope to start a family in the near future.  Is Eva looking at adoption?

Possibly!

Longoria told E! News, “Every time I work with the kids from Padres [a childrens hospital in Los Angeles], my heart just explodes with happiness and joy because they’re so inspiring.

“They’re resilient and they’re hopeful and they’re happy.  They’re amazing human beings, and to go through something like that and yet still be as strong as they [are], it really inspires me.  I could only wish to have children as strong as the kids I’ve worked with.”

When asked if being around children in need makes her want to adopt a child, Eva said, “Of course.”

Eva Longoria is always available for her national spokeswoman duties as she accepted a $200,000 donation from AT&T to PADRES Contra El Cancer on February 28. Despite her busy schedule: working on Desperate Housewives, owning a Hollywood restaurant, and going to her husband Tony Parker’s games, Eva Longoria makes sure she has enough time to give back something to the Latino community. The donation to PADRES comes as a result of AT&T’s third annual campaign, which raises money to support families coping with the devastating effects of childhood cancer.

We are extremely grateful for AT&T’s generosity and commitment to PADRES and the Latino community. The money raised will help us continue supporting families coping with the devastating effects of childhood cancer.

Eva Longoria brought some color at the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 11). The event was held at the Beverly Hilton and Eva Longoria was among 50 star presenters during the night’s awards ceremony scheduled to air live on NBC from 8-11PM EST. The actress was on red carpet without her basketball star husband Tony Parker, who was off with his San Antonio Spurs.

The happy and most famous celebrity family Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie attended the world premiere of “The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button” at Mann’s Village Theatre in Westwood on Monday night (December 8th). As you can see in the picture, for the red carpet Brad Pitt went for a three-piece Tom Ford tuxedo while Angelina Jolie, slim as usually, was at her man’s arm in a strapless Versace floor-length gown.

The David Fincher directed film, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” hits theaters on Christmas Day (December 25), telling the story of Benjamin Button, “a man who starts aging backwards with bizarre consequences.”

Eva Longoria is on the cover of Allure magazine the November 2008 issue. Inside the magazine she talks about being fat and not pregnant but still a size 0, which is kind of odd. Below you can see some highlights from the interview of Allure November issue.

On her fuller figure: I stopped working out and gained about seven pounds over the summer, which is a lot for a small person. Every magazine is tearing me apart … I never went up a size. I just got rounder. I’m still a size 0.

On relationship rumors: I don’t let those magazines and articles define who I am. I know I’m not pregnant. I know Tony and I aren’t breaking up. I know we’re not cheating.

On growing up thinking she wasn’t beautiful: My nickname was Prieta Fea, which means ‘Ugly Dark one’ in Spanish. I didn’t have a boyfriend. My sisters were so mean to me. They used to say I was adopted, and ‘we picked you up at the hospital. You were the extra baby that day.
