The famous “Bling Ring” is getting it’s own movie on Lifetime. Of course none of the actual perps (Nick Prugo, Rachel Lee, Alexis Neiers, et al) will be featured or even have their names used. We’ll call it an adaptation.

The Bling Ring was a group of young women who stole more than $3 million in valuables from high-profile celebs like Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Rachel Bilson. Alexis Neiers was busted when LAPD found some of the stolen items in Alexis’ sister’s room. Alexis claimed she was wasted during the incidents, so she didn’t remember doing them. Of course that didn’t stop her from being convicted…
“Pretty Wild” was Alexis’ short lived reality TV show focused on the three sisters – Alexis and Gabrielle Neiers and Tess Taylor (who is not really their sister) and their partying ways as they try to break into Hollywood. After racy photos of Tess smoking out of a bong topless and more photos of the sisters doing all kinds of drugs (including heroin) surfaced, the show was canceled.
