Mel Gibson has filed a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his 7-month-old daughter, Lucia.

The complaint centers around Gibson’s access — or lack of — to the baby.

Gibson and Grigorieva split in April after a year of dating, though Grigorieva claims their relationship lasted three years and began before Gibson’s split from his wife Robyn.

In May, a Polish porn star claimed she bedded Gibson eight times while Oksana was pregnant.

Us Weekly says Girardi is dating Gregory Michael, who stars in TV’s Greek. Michael said he met Vienna last weekend. Interesting timing. The Dancing with the Stars alum and ex Hooter’s waitress broke up two days later over the phone. It is unclear who made the call. Star magazine says she did, citing the fact that they weren’t intimate. Tear-prone pilot Pavelka told People he had trust issues with her.

MISTAKEN IDENTITY

Miami rapper Rick Ross is being sued by “Freeway” Ricky D. Ross , who seeks $10 million in damages for alleged trademark infringement.

Rick Ross is best known for hits like Hustlin, Push It and The Boss.

Ricky D. Ross claims the rapper earned “celebrity status and instant name recognition as a black inner-city crime legend amongst his peers,” according to the 43-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court. He said that rapper Ross “should’ve known about his past reputation for being a major drug kingpin from LA.”

To support his claim, filed on June 18, Ricky D. Ross said his story was featured on American Gangster.

Other defendants listed along with Rick Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, include Maybach Music Group, Def Jam Music, Jay-Z and Slip-N-Slide Record.

On June 24, District Judge Percy Anderson denied Ricky D. Ross’ motion for a restraining order to prevent rapper Ross from releasing his next album, Blowin’ Money Fast. “Plaintiff has provided no satisfactory explanation for why he delayed for approximately four years before filing this action,” said Anderson.
