Jessica Simpson had a not-so-smooth encounter with her ex, Tony Romo, and his current galpal, Candice Crawford, the other night at the Bloomberg/Vanity Fair afterparty for the White House Correspondents Association dinner. During the soiree, held at the French ambassador’s residence in Washington, D.C., Simpson, Romo and Crawford chatted for about five minutes on the balcony. A witness told Us mag that the chat was “tense,” and another observer said “you could tell they were uncomfortable.”
