Charlie Sheen is planning to plead guilty for assaulting his wife, Brooke Mueller.
The Chicago Tribune reports four possible situations for Sheen, ranging from no jail time and probation, to a trial and jail time.
Sheen was arrested for the misdemeanor back on Christmas Day in Aspen. And that is where Sheen will be doing his jail time as well, if he is in fact given jail time. Sheen can be in jail for up to 45 days.
But this jail is not without its perks. Apparently, the ski resort town has a jail complete with a “gym where inmates play volleyball, dormitory-like cells, and co-ed living spaces filled with plants, TVs, games, paintings and ambient lighting.” However, the jail will not be lifting their no smoking ban.
In exchange for pleading guilty, Sheen, who made the deal with the Colorado district attorney, will no longer face felony charges.
