Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, tells People that he is “ridiculously upset” about the coroner’s findings that Murphy died primarily from pneumonia, with multiple drug intoxication and “iron deficiency anemia” as contributing to her accidental death.
“Everything [surprised me and Brittany's mom about the report],” he tells People. “I expected [the cause of death] to be her heart.”
Monjack and Sharon Murphy have said they believed Brittany’s death was due to a congenital heart murmur and that drugs weren’t a factor.

I am sure that her Husband and other family members are just trying to keep some element of privacy to this whole tragedy. I can’t blame them for trying to hide if maybe drugs were involved.
