There’s further evidence that Tiger Woods’ marriage might be salvaged after all. Elin Nordegren visited her disgraced husband at a Mississippi rehab clinic, vowing to save their tattered marriage, according to the New York Post.
RadarOnline.com reports that Elin returned home Sunday after spending several days with Woods at the Gentle Path center in Hattiesburg, where Tiger is undergoing treatment for sex addiction.
A source revealed to the website:
“Their marriage is not over. They both want to save it.”
However, his scandal is still making headlines. According to News of the World, a 42-year-old British woman was paid $500,000 to keep quiet about their affair. Emma Rotherman, mistress No. 19, lives near Woods’ Florida home and moved to the US from England four years ago. She is said to have had an 18-month affair with him, and claimed she was having golfing lessons to cover it up.
Immediately after the infamous Thanksgiving Day crash that threw Woods into the headlines, he is said to have dashed off a panicked text to Rotherham stating, “Don’t contact me. Elin is going through everything.”
