Mike Tyson doesn’t have to worry about going back to jail anytime soon.
L.A. prosecutors say they won’t press charges against him or photographer Tony Echeverria for their Nov. 11 scuffle at LAX.
The photog says Iron Mike, who did time for rape and has a drug conviction, knocked him down.
The ex-champ says he was trying to protect his family after the photographer collided with his infant daughter’s stroller.
Tyson’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, hailed the prosecutors’ decision as “a small victory for those who continue to be harassed, annoyed and even stalked by the paparazzi.”
If he’d been convicted, Arizona authorities could also have jailed him for violating probation from a 2007 drug case.
