Harry Potter Irish actress Evanna Lynch is being viciously attacked by fans of ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattison after comments she made critical of the Twilight books and the actor.
As first reported by IrishCentral, Lynch made clear she is not a fan of the Twilight series or Pattinson himself. Lynch—who plays Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films – gave an interview to a Danish Web site and was critical of the Twilight series—in particular, sexy vamp Edward Cullen played by Pattinson .
“Get over it,” Lynch says of the Bella Swan character in “Twilight.” “She’s always talking about how beautiful Edward is. Get over it.”
As for the Twilight series overall, Lynch says they can’t match the Harry Potter collection. “They are good books but I don’t think they are as fantastic as Harry Potter,” says Lynch. “I don’t think they are that good, and for a time I was a bit, like, anti-Twilight. Everyone said it was the new Harry Potter and I don’t agree”

“She’s definitely jealous that her fame isn’t as big as the Twilight cast.” said Holden. They’re 2 completely different books. “She can over herself. I’ve never even heard of her,” said Karaa, “You can’t compare Twilight and Harry potter. Twilight is way better,” said Anna.
Obviously saying anything critical abut Twilight or Pattinson can be bad for your health.

Wow! I love both Twilight and Harry Potter, and I like also Robert Pattinson and Evanna Lynch. I do think, like Evanna, that the Harry Potter series is WAY better than Twilight’s, and it is true that Twilight will NEVER achieve Harry Potter’s level. So it CANNOT replace it.
And maybe she’s a bit jealous, but I also agree with her, she’s right.
P.S.: I HAVE read all of the books from both series and I love them, but Harry Potter IS better.
Why would be jealous? She’s playing the character she always wanted to play. She’s fulfilling her dream. The Harry Potter fans are jealous of her. And she’s right.
