Are they? Aren’t they? Do they even know anymore? It seems that the romance has — once again — died down for Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas … at least that’s what Miley’s recent Tweets would lead us to believe.
Just three weeks after they were seen “reconnecting” in Georgia and performing together in Dallas , Miley wrote on her Twitter page that she is single. “I am lovinggg being single : ) life is so carefree!!! Spending the day enjoying Sonic, Music, @mommytish, and the beautiful sun in Savannah.”
Subsequent Tweets from the starlet said, “Dear God, I would like a boy that is like John Mayer/ James Morrison/ Elvis/ Rob Thomas all in one … It’s like I hardly know you, maybe I never did.”
Miley, who is not pregnant despite rumors circulating that she is, hadn’t been shy to confirm that she and Nick were seeing each other again. And, even Nick’s older brother, Joe, got in on the action saying that his girlfriend isn’t as famous as Nick’s, a.k.a Miley Cyrus. But, now it seems that “Niley” are once again dunzo.
These two performers have always had a whirlwind romance. As tweens they dated each other, and last summer Miley admitted to having been deeply in love with him. After the split, Nick had been rumored to be dating Selena Gomez and Miley was famously spotted everywhere with model Justin Gaston.
Then, as Nick and Miley were seen lunching together and recording a charity song together, rumors began that the duo were dating again. Eventually, Miley and Justin broke up and she supposedly got back together with Nick, who included their duo, “Before the Storm,” on his album. Well, if Twitter tells the truth, then perhaps the couple is once again over.
