Rumors had once circulated that Shia LaBeouf and singer Rihanna were an item, and now LaBeouf confresses to having once dated her.
A mutual stylist introduced the young stars when Shia was filming Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of The Crystal Skull in Hawaii, he says in the June issue of Playboy.
“(I was) filming a sword fight when I got the message. I said to myself, ‘Can this be my life?’” Shia later texted Rihanna and they set up a dinner date, but alas, it was not to be.
“It never got beyond one date. The spark wasn’t there. We weren’t passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends.”
Would they have made a good couple?
