Last week Usher’s wife Tameka Foster was making headlines with a medical emergency, forcing the singer to cancel his performance at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy Gala to be with her. All we knew was that she is “in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil,” according to a statement. Now, a spokesman for Tameka Foster Raymond’s surgeon, Usher’s wife, says the mother of five is recovering after slipping into cardiac arrest during a liposuction procedure. It seems Tameka Raymond went into cardiac arrest, while being anesthetized for a liposuction and “was revived in less than a minute by heart massage.” Is it really worth risking your life for a liposuction? It is true that people think irrational sometimes, but Tameka’s liposuction comes after the still recent (I might say) death of Usher’s mother who died from complications during plastic surgery. At 40-year-old Tameka should think more about her five kids and less on plastic surgeries.
