The Academy of Country Music has just announced the nominees for the ACM Awards, scheduled for April 5th. A few stars from the field were there reading of the nominees at the Ford Theater at the Country Music Hall of Fame earlier yesterday. Among top nominees Brad Paisley is nominated for a total of six awards including Male Vocalist, Vocal Event of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year, Heidi Newfield with five nods, Kenny Chesney with four nominations, and Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban who each scored three.
