As it was announced, Lindsay Lohan has signed on to front the Spring/Summer 2009 advertising campaign for high-end Italian brand Fornarina. The actress/ singer is facing on and off split media rumors due to her fragile romance with gal pal DJ Samantha Ronson, though she insists each time the pair hasn’t split. Any way, Fornarina’s new Spring/Summer ad campaigns were shot in an L.A. mid-century architectural mansion.
