
Believe it or not, Louis Vuitton unveiled the first in a series of print ads featuring their Spring/Summer 2009 campaign spokesmodel, the famous diva Madonna. The shots (quite good actually) were taken by fashion photog Steve Meisel and places Madonna in that place where time hasn’t passed her by for the past quarter century.
I just blurted out, I think we should do Madonna. I was totally just blown away by it, and moved by her performance, by what she had to say, and her energy.
