Despite having a very tough time in her life, Jennifer Hudson went on with Gap Inc. to be featured in their new holiday ad campaign. It is actually indicated that in times like this to keep your self busy as much as possible to help you move forward. Photographer Michael Thompson took the talented 27-year-old singer/actress’s imagine and celebrity status for the GAP’s new winter wardrobe ad, which includes the tagline “Shine Your Own Star.”

Other celebrities appearing in the campaign include Mary-Louise Parker, Mila Kunis, Milla Jovovich, Ashanti, Jason Bateman with his 21-month-old daughter Francesca, among others.
