According to a recent interview, the actress/singer Jennifer Lopez has admitted that she suffered a nervous breakdown a few years ago on the set of her film Enough. Jennifer Lopez is now a happy woman as she recently gave birth to twins Emme and Max, but confesses that things weren’t always like this in her life. At one point Jennifer Lopez reportedly didn’t want people to think she was falling apart at the time so she was one on one with her stress.

I was like – I don’t want to move. I don’t want to talk. I don’t want to do anything. I had a nervous breakdown. There were no signs leading up to it. You really don’t know what’s happening at first. I was going, what’s going on? It’s funny what tricks your mind plays on you. I just didn’t want people to think I was falling apart.
