Charlize Theron must appear in a Federal Court for the Southern District of New York later this month in a $20 million lawsuit, following a breach of contract with the Swiss watchmakers, Raymond Weil. The firm had decided to sue the actress and her company, Denver and Delilah Films after Charlize Theron had turned up wearing a Dior creation instead one of their own at the US film festival. The Oscar-winning star reportedly received 1.5 million to be the face of a Shine range of the Swiss watchmakers. Anyway, this week a judge ruled that the proceedings must indeed go to trial.
