Christina Applegate was looking glamorous at the 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, walking on the red carpet in a powder blue one-shoulder dress with gold accents. It was a special night for Christina who was honored in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, and also also was praised by her co-star Jean Smart . The actress is coming off a successful battle with breast cancer and amazed everyone when she went back to work last week after undergoing a double mastectomy in a bid to beat the disease following her diagnosis in July.

I’ve never seen an actress who’s so beloved by her cast and crew. I feel very protective of her. But she’s a very spiritual person and she got through (cancer).
