She was referring to the karma being brought on to the leadership of China who have been responsible for the killing of Tibetans by the hundreds of thousands over decades, and the abuse of Tibetans continues. So victims of the Chinese earthquake cannot relate any anger or unfortunate events to Sharon Stone. If the Chinese leadership don't like criticism, too bad, but Sharon Stone has this argument locked up in her favor before it even begins. No-one, including Stone, would wish such unfortunate events on the average Chinese citizen, but the Chinese leadership have not shown themselves in Tibet to be human.
