Katherine Heigl is one of those stars who is lending her celebrity to a good cause, that is why she showed up at the 2008 Hot in Hollywood. The actress showed up at The Avalon in Hollywood sporting  the Hot in Hollywood benefit which raises money for charities dedicated to the education, prevention, testing, and treatment of the HIV virus and AIDS.

Katherine Heigl seems to have time to help the marginalized population treat and prevent HIV/AIDS but has no plans to start a family with husband Josh Kelley just yet, because the married couple is “too busy” to consider parenthood.
