Hilary Duff is releasing a greatest hits album in September 23 or 30, ending her recording contract with Hollywood Records. Hilary’s “Best Of” album is set to be her final album with Hollywood Records and will contain two new songs, “Reach Out” and “Holiday.” According to reports, the instrumentals received early last month will be sent back to the producers and the songs written by Hilary Duff will remain in her possession. All unreleased material will remain with Hollywood Records. Meanwhile, Hilary Duff is in search for a new label deal as she expects to release a new studio album next year.
