Disney sensation Miley Cyrus was the one to kick off the cross-country fundraiser “Bolt Across America” to benefit the ASPCA and raise awareness for animals in need. The 15-year old singer/actress Miley Cyrus, who is currently busy promoting her brand new album, Breakout, promoted her new movie “Bolt” in Central Park on Friday, July 25, in support of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
The fundraising adventure was inspired by Walt Disney Pictures’ upcoming animation film Bolt. Bolt is a white German Shepherd who plays a superhero dog in a TV show along with his owner and co-star Penny (Miley Cyrus). The film opens in theaters nationwide November 26, 2008.
