Tyra Banks’ ambition to have her own talk show got her a Daytime Emmy Award. At 2008 Daytime Emmy Awards, held at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, the supermodel-turned-talk show host Tyra Banks took home her the first ever Daytime Emmy for Informative Talk Show. The award matched her strapless beige floor-length gown with embroidered accents along with shinning bracelets.
