According to recent reports Nicole Richie is planning a big return to the small screen with a new reality show that will go on the hunt for the nation’s next socialite. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that she is working on a new show that will have seven girls compete to become the next Nicole Richie. Reports says, there are presently three undisclosed networks interested in proposed series.
