The British sensation Leona Lewis is covering July 2008 cover of Blender Magazine. Unlike other celebrities, the 23-years-old singer is not willing to show more skin and is proud of her clean image and insists she’ll let her music speak for her.
Lewis debut album Spirit topped the US charts at No. 1 in its first week, selling 204,841 copies. As a recall, it was the first time in music history that a British female artist has debuted at No. 1 and the first time ever that a British artist overall has debuted on the chart at No. 1 with a first album.
I don’t wear little miniskirts and low-cut tops. If you want to show your bits off, it’s up to you. … When I was 18, I had a few glasses of Alcopop  they’re bubblegummy drinks with a bit of alcohol  and it was gross. I’ve tasted champagne, which is gross. And I taste d wine, which I don’t like.
