According to a new report, Marc Anthony spent $2.6 Million on a pair of earrings which are a gift for his wife, a gesture that represents his gratitude for giving birth to their twins, Max and Emme.  Marc reportedly went to a New York City jeweler and selected a pair of diamond earrings, imported from South Africa and asked to be engraved with the twins’ initials. The design of  the diamond earrings, which are a post-pregnancy present for wife Jennifer Lopez are being personally supervised by the singer.

It’s no secret that J-Lo has expensive taste, so Marc was going to have to spend a serious amount to show her how he feels.
