According to recent reports, the troubled singer/actress Lindsay Lohan has her mind set to strip off for a low-budget film in order to relaunch her acting career. The Sun reported that Lindsay has signed up to play a nymphomaniac waitress in the indie drama Florence and is keen to make full frontal scenes even though the script only called for her to be topless.
The Hollywood star is willing to get naked for the same amount of money, $80,000, in a desperate hope to be taken seriously as an actress. A source told the newspaper that, “she wants to remind people she can act” and that “she is fully aware of the potential of her body.” The thing is I don’t see the connection between knowing how to act and having a nice body. Even more, Lindsay reportedly “wants to build up an image as a mature, responsible actress”. The key to have this image is the pure acting talent and not a naked body.
