The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, or ASCAP held their 25th Annual Pop Music Awards recently at Hollywood’s Kodak Theater. Celebrities like Fergie who took home her Song of the Year award for Big Girls Don’t Cry, an honor she shared with Gwen Stefani’s The Sweet Escape.
Pop Celebrity Justin Timberlake picked up awards for his songs “My Love” and “Until the End of Time”, while music legend Lionel Richie got the Golden Note Award for his longevity in the industry. Lionel Richie was escorted to the ASCAP awards by his daughter Nicole.
