According to recent reports, Sex and The City star Sarah Jessica Parker receive the inaugural ShoWest Vanguard Award recently at the ShoWest 2008 Banquet and Awards ceremony which held at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Film and TV star and fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker who wore a simple mini shift dress along with long white pearls.

In other Celebrity news, Sarah Jessica Parker – who plays sex columnist Carrie Bradshaw in the hit US TV show – has revealed that her Sex and the City character is “fundamentally changed” in the new movie. The 42-year-old actress  says the character is drastically different because Sex and the City: The Movie picks up a few years after where the show left off. Sex and the City: The Movie will be released worldwide at the end of May.
