According to recent reports, the US drama ‘Desperate Housewives’ is set to be made into a musical on Broadway after the show’s creator Mark Cherry dropped the ideea to the cast. ‘Desperate Housewives’ is currently in its fourth series and features celebrities like Eva Longoria Parker, Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross, Nicollette Sheridan and Jesse Metcalfe.

I think it is a great idea. It makes sense. Mark has said that when he finishes his seven years at ABC he plans to go to Broadway and move into the musical world so maybe he does have some designs in that way. That’s all he’s said so far.
