Jessica Simpson has banned the sale of a secret fitness DVD. The actress recorded the Speedfit workout video ahead of her role as Daisy Duke in the Dukes of Hazzard in 2005. Jessica later changed her mind about appearing in the DVD and subsequently banned its release. Speedfit owner Alex Astilean has now launched a lawsuit against Jessica manager dad Joe. According to recent reports, Jessica Simpson has a good reason for banning her 2005 workout DVD for fitness company Speedfit as the singer/actress appears to be drunk in the footage.

Jessica was a mess during that shoot. She had no focus, she put out something that was entirely unusable. They asked her to come back and reshoot, but she refused, and that’s why she’s facing a lawsuit now.
