Eva Mendes’ rep has confirmed that the actress has entered rehab at Cirque Lodge Rehab, the treatment facility where Lindsay Lohan spent most of the Summer of 2007. The news came as a shock as just three weeks ago, she was smiling for the cameras while promoting in Paris.

In other Celebrity news, Eva Mendes is the new face of Calvin Klein as she has inked a $3-$5 million three year deal to promote CK’s latest fragrance, to be launched later this year. It won’t be long until you’ll see Eva appear in print, television, and public appearances as part of her Calvin Klein campaign.

Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support.
