According to reports, the 9th Annual NRJ Awards started over in Cannes, France. Celebrities like Kylie Minogue, Rihanna and Celine Dion rocked on the red carpet looking their best. Rihanna showed wearing a flowy grey dress along with a pair of strappy heels, meanwhile Kylie Minogue was looking fantastic in a multi-colored dress along with a black waist sash and some peep-toe pumps. Update: it was just announced that Britney Spears won a NRJ Music Award in France for International Album of the Year for Blackout.
