Penelope Cruz one of the fewest celebrities who got to hang out with the Queen of Spain. The Celebrity got an invitation to the Queen Sofia Spanish Institute’s annual Gold Medal Gala, along with President Clinton, and Oscar De La Renta.
For the high level, Penelope Cruz tried to do her best, looking in a dark-aqua blue strapless dress and delightfully accepted the gold medal from the Queen Sofia herself. I have to say the dress is charming and suits her well. Cruz and Clinton received the honors, “in recognition of their contributions to the betterment of relations between the United States and Spain.”
