Mischa Barton got arrested for DUI early this Thursday morning in West Hollywood, after just days ago smoking a joint in her car. As her friends Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, Mischa is having troubles with the law. The actress was caught driving without a valid license, and not only that, she was under the influence of alcohol and was possessing drugs. Not a very good Christmas for Mischa Barton, she was released after paying the bail which was set at $10,000.

She was stopped at 2:46 a.m. and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.
