It’s time to make more money! That is the motto. The Olsen twins Mary-Kate and Ashley are reportedly selling their New York apartment for a $4.7 million profit. TheĂ‚ property, which the they have never lived in, has 12 rooms & was bought for a $7.3 million. Mary-Kate and Ashley have been renting out the luxury condo for $35,000 a month but now has gone on the market for a $12 million.
With views of the Hudson River from half of the rooms, the apartment main feature is a 53ft-long entertainment space with a glass-enclosed fireplace in the center.
