Pop Celebrity Madonna has sparked rumors that she has had a facelift – after she was seen leaving a medical center with two black eyes. The 49-year-old singer covered her eyes with black sunglasses but the bruising was still visible. It’s not a crime to take care of your look if that makes you feel better, but Madonna, who has previously denied going under the knife, insisting her her youthful looks are natural. More surgery rumors started earlier this year, after she was snapped with a new scar and swelling around her ear. Isn’t she looks a little too young for her age? Were are the natural wrinkles at 49-years-old?
