Although Madonna already has a 6,000 square foot duplex on the upper West Side of Manhattan, NYC, she wants more, more and more. Her biggest wish is to expand and filed a suit in Manhattan Supreme Court against the board and management company at her Central Park West luxury building. At two pages long, the summons accuses the co-op board/management company of breach of contract for supposedly holding up the sale of a neighboring seventh-floor apartment, to keep it from being acquired by Madonna. That just isn’t nice! The British dive also demands that 868 co-op shares be transferred into her name.
In other Celebrity news, Madonna’s publicist has denied reports relating to her new album title and release date. It was reported that according to Sirius Satellite Radio, Madonna’s eleventh album will be called ‘Licorice’ and that it will be released in April.
