Hollywood actress Brad Pitt was spotted in the Big Apple for a pre-taping appearance on Live with Regis & Kelly at ABC studios. The Celebrity was talking by storm by a crowd of fans in New York City earlier this morning. The 44-year-old actor talked on the show about his “Make it Right” project. A project about rebuilding the Hurricane Katrina stricken Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans. You can see Brad’s interview, tune in to Live with Regis & Kelly on Christmas Eve - December 24th.
Make It Right hopes to start construction by spring 2008 and complete all 150 houses by autumn. The average cost of residences will be $150,000. To subsidize construction, Brad Pitt and film producer Steve Bing have promised to match up to $10 million in donations. They also seeking sponsorship of materials or houses via the Web site makeitrightnola.org.
