Many celebrities were spotted recently in New York City at the Independent Feature Project which held the 17th annual Gotham Awards. The year’s best indie flicks were recognized and among the female celebrities who showed up at the event looking fantastic were Maggie Gyllenhaal, Uma Thurman, and Keri Russell, while the men side there were Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin.
The winners at the Gotham Awards included Sean Penn’s Film ‘Into The Wild’ who won the Best Feature Award, while Michael Moore’s “Sicko” took home Best Documentary award, while Don Cheadle’s “Talk to Me” tied with Ethan Hawke and Philip Seymour Hoffman’s “Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead” for Best Ensemble Cast.
