According to a new report, Pop/R&B Celebrity Mariah Carey who launched two months ago a fragrance campaign for her own perfume – M by Mariah Carey insisted she never really wore perfumes until she fell in love with her own creation, “M.” When Elizabeth Arden approached Mariah with the idea to create her own perfume, the singer was excited because the cosmetics brand didn’t want just her name on it, they also wanted the singer to get involved as much as possible in the creation of the scent.
M by Mariah Carey brings you to marshmallow and sea breeze and has a little of amber, gardenia, patchouli, and Moroccan incense. The perfume’s ingredients, chosen carefully by the star, represents something special to her. It is a perfume which Mariah describes as light, sensual and memorable.
This is the first fragrance that I wear. I’m not really a perfume person at all … Things that are too strong and overwhelming, that’s what I was always not a fan of. They were welcoming in my involvement just in every detail, and that was what was the most exciting thing to me.
