According to reports, the pop Celebrity Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her two sons – Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney has less than 48 hours left before handing her children over to Kevin Federline. TMZ reports that the judge Scott Gordon issued an order stating that Kevin “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”

It is believed that the judge named Kevin the full-time guardian after his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, indicated the fact that Britney’s been driving the kids around without a valid California driver’s license.
