Paris Hilton sues Hallmark over greeting card

Paris Hilton card

For the first time in her life Paris Hilton has decided to try to take control and improve her image. Paris Hilton, this time “the victim” sued the greeting card company Hallmark, claiming that they invaded her privacy. What privacy is that? The greeting card reads “Paris’ First Day as a Waitress” and features a picture of Hilton’s face on a cartoon waitress serving food that says: “Don’t touch that, it’s hot. What’s hot? That’s hot.”

Of course that Paris is seeking $100,000 in damages and an injunction to stop Hallmark from using her image or name, which according to Paris’ complaint, the greeting card went on sale early this year without her prior approval, and it’s still available to the public. I bet she will drop the lawsuit or perhaps they will get to an agreement any time soon. Lets not forget that is a public satire therefore there’s no legal base to Paris lawsuit.
