After claiming that she would give up her music career for creating a family, Kylie Minogue’s plans have apparently changed since she split with her long-time boyfriend French actor Olivier Martinez. The singer has now confirmed her upcoming album. Kylie’s yet untitled album is almost complete having by her side talented people who have contributed with tracks for the final touch of the album. Her record is due out in the stores in November and it’s Kylie’s first music material since her well-publicised battle with cancer.
According to British press the album starts with a single called “2 Hearts” (written by Kylie with Kish Mauve) and also other 40 songs where to chose from, tracks written by Scissor Sisters, Calvin Harris, Groove Armada and Madonna’s producer Stuart Price.
We are now in the final stages of the album and are having to make some difficult but exciting decisions about which songs will stay and which ones will go. I think you can safely say that ’2 Hearts’ will be staying. I started working on this album a year and a half ago and can’t believe it is nearly finished.

The song was not written by Kylie it was written by Kish Mauve they released it on EP, and then gave it to Kylie who has covered it with a teeny weeny bit of tweaking. Their version is better.!!!
She was “retiring” from pop since 2003.Did not, and so Olivier left her.I do not believe she ever intended to give up her media love in,career or the limelight nor that she really wanted babies.She had years to have babies when her career was in the dump heap in 1990′s. Was engaged at one stage to Stephan Sedanous ( sp ) whom she also claimed was ” the one”, and then dumped him too for another guy..SHE is, I reckon, the commitment phobe not her various men .
