According to the reports, Victoria Beckham is set to launch her book, “That Extra Half an Inch: Hair, Heels and Everything in Between,” also in US, being published by HarperCollins in November. The pop singer turned fashion designer will offer her fashion ideas in the book which has been “co-written” with fashion journalist Hadley Freeman. That Extra Half An Inch: Hair, Heels and Everything In Between is “a revealing and practical book on fashion, beauty and style”. In Britain the book was a success because British women sees Victoria Beckham as the ultimate style icon.

I’ve always been a girl’s girl. And I know from experience that making the very best of yourself is something any woman can do. I was never the 6-foot-tall pinup. I’ve always been the girl-next-door who got lucky. I’ve come a long way in the last 10 years, but this book isn’t my attempt to tell you what or what not to do. It’s just to share some of what I’ve learned.
