Last week for the question Is David Beckham making ‘soccer’ in America more appealing? 63 % of out readers believe David is making soccer in America more appealing while 38% are sure he isn’t. As much as others hate the couple or its media attention, David and Victoria still have much to show and do. Lets face it, they are born to be in front of the cameras, they are a celebrity family in Europa, Japan and most of the world, why wouldn’t they succed in America? For other stars this suffocating media and fan attention, television interest, sponsors can be overwhelming, but not for the Beckhams because they are used to handel it. And plus look for the bright side, Beckham phenomeno can sustain America soccer on a higher level because as the U.S. federation president said, “David Beckham is more than about soccer, he’s an icon in a country of soccer icons.”
