According to the news, the actor Owen Wilson the one from films such as Wedding Crashers and You Me and Dupree, is in the hospital. Although no official statement was released but due to some preliminary reports, Owen reportedly “attempted to take his own life by slitting his wrist and overdosing on pills.” The Santa Monica Police Department released a statement right after he was hospitalized saying that they made a joint response with fire department paramedics to a medical aid call at Owen’s house. His family was seen entering and exiting Cedar-Sinai Hospital to visit the actor, hopefully we will soon hear good news from Wilson’s publicist.
