Hollywood Celebrity couple planned another charity dinner which is being hold this weekend in the Hamptons for the victims of the Hurricane Katrina drama. One of the main reason why the pair Brad and Angelina are so famous is because they are raising awareness and offering humanitarian aid across the globe. The list of their charity work is long but we have to mention the celebrity couple have a charitable foundation named Jolie/Pitt Foundation to aid humanitarian causes, which by now gave $ 2 million: $1 to the Global Action for Children and $1 million to Doctors Without Borders. Days ago I was telling you about Brad Pitt’s way of supporting hurricane victims from New Orleans with eco-friendly homes, “Make it Right” project which will also benefit from this gala. As for the guests invited is also producer Jane Rosenthal, with whom Angelina Jolie worked with on her movie The Good Shepherd.

Nearly two years after Hurricane Katrina, residents of the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans are still struggling to rebuild. Brad Pitt started the ‘Make it Right’ project after he visited the devastated area. He hopes to preserve the unique culture and spirit of the Ninth Ward by rebuilding a neighborhood inspired by safe and sustainable “green” homes in one of the hardest hit communities in Louisiana.
