According to the news, Australian singer/actress Natalie Imbruglia is no longer a spokesmodel for cosmetics giant L’Oreal, because the giant brand has dropped her from that role. Natalie signed a $200,000 deal in 2002 to be the face for the beauty company, bringing the famous slogan, “Because I’m worth it.” The former face of L’Oreal, Natalie Imbruglia admits her contract has now ended because “she doesn’t worth it anymore”. Meanwhile the cosmetic firm has contracted celebrities like Beyonce Knowles, Eva Longoria, Kate Winslet and Scarlett Johansson.
Apparently I’m not worth it anymore. It’s so funny. Saying it is ridiculous. You really have to get in character. I had to say it in so many languages.

Everything runs its cycle and the cosmetics industry has to keep shifting from one popular face or look to another. Fortunately, this was due to the contract ending on its own, not due to the contract being ripped away from her.
This leaves her with a bright future that might not otherwise be possible. I hope she saved her money and invested wisely!
